It was a glorious summer day. Barely a cloud in the sky and a lovely breeze blew through the sunflowers.
Fox was cycling home from the farmers market, with peonies and elderberry wine, a hunk of aged cheese and a fresh baguette for Badger’s dinner party that evening. Fox had been watching the Tour de France and he coasted down Goat Hill Road at top speed. Maybe his old blue Peugeot roadster was not so very fast, but what marvelous fun!
